A mixed-material bracelet should be cared for according to its most sensitive component. Stone may tolerate something that wood, elastic or plating does not, so the safest routine is controlled and simple.
Keep it dry
Remove the bracelet before showering, swimming, training or using household chemicals. Repeated moisture can affect elastic, porous stone, wood, adhesives and plated finishes. Salt water and chlorine are especially hard on mixed materials.
Clean without soaking
After wear, wipe the piece with a clean soft cloth. If needed, use a barely damp cloth on the surface and dry immediately. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, alcohol, abrasives and commercial jewelry dips unless every component is specifically known to tolerate them.
Reduce friction
Apply fragrance, sunscreen and styling products before putting on the bracelet. Do not stack it against a watch or metal bracelet if the surfaces repeatedly strike each other. Roll elastic styles over the hand instead of stretching one section sharply.
Store it separately
Use the pouch or a soft compartment away from direct sunlight and humidity. Separate storage protects polished stone and metal surfaces from harder jewelry.
Know when to stop wearing it
Inspect the cord, elastic, clasp and connectors periodically. If a join loosens, elastic frays or a component develops a sharp unstable edge, stop wearing the bracelet and contact us before attempting a repair.
