When your order enters the carrier network, we send a shipping confirmation to the email or mobile number used at checkout. Open that message and select the tracking link to view the latest carrier scan.

Before the first scan

A tracking number can be created before the carrier collects or scans the parcel. It may take several business days for the first movement to appear. Order preparation and carrier transit are separate stages.

No tracking message?

Check spam, promotions and the contact details used at checkout. If the order has passed the stated preparation window, contact us with the order number and purchaser email. Never send payment-card details.

Tracking has stopped

Customs review, weather and carrier transfers can create gaps between scans. If there has been no meaningful update for an unusual period, email info@brusion.com so we can open a reasonable carrier inquiry.
