This website and the OREVYR store are operated by Brusion Limited. These Terms of Service apply when you browse the site, submit information, place an order, or use related customer services. Shopify provides the commerce platform used to deliver the online store.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site's security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse another person's information, or use store content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Products and natural variation

We aim to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Natural stone and wood vary in color, grain, mineral pattern, translucency, and small surface details. Screen settings and lighting can also affect appearance. These differences are part of the material character and are not automatically defects.

Orders

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we confirm it for fulfillment. We may reject, cancel, or limit an order affected by an unavailable item, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination, or another legitimate operational reason. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices appear in the storefront currency selected or displayed. Shipping, taxes, duties collected at checkout, and the complete order total are shown before payment. Charges not collected at checkout may be assessed by the destination authority or carrier.

Shipping and returns

The published Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Customized or altered sizing may affect return eligibility, as explained in the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

OREVYR branding, original text, layouts, graphics, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to Brusion Limited and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission. References to descriptive material names do not create ownership in third-party trademarks.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, carriers, analytics tools, and social platforms. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites we do not control.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brusion Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The version published when you place an order applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
