Delivery estimates
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, carrier disruption, weather and destination access can affect transit after dispatch.
Taxes and duties
Where duties or import taxes are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for charges assessed by local authorities or the carrier. Refusing a parcel because of unpaid charges may affect refund eligibility.
Address changes and delays
Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, rerouting may not be possible. If tracking stops updating for an unusual period, send your order number through the contact page so we can investigate.
