These terms apply when you browse OREVYR, place an order or use our customer services. OREVYR is operated by Brusion Limited using Shopify's commerce platform.
Products and orders
We aim to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Natural material variation and differences between screens mean color, grain and pattern can vary. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we confirm it for fulfillment. We may cancel or limit an order affected by a pricing error, unavailable item, suspected fraud or an address we cannot serve; any captured payment will be refunded.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected for the storefront. Taxes, shipping and any duties collected at checkout are shown before payment. Charges not collected at checkout may be assessed by the destination authority or carrier.
Intellectual property
OREVYR names, copy, layouts, photographs and brand materials may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Product names do not grant rights in third-party material names or marks.
Liability and applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded. These terms are interpreted alongside the mandatory consumer laws that apply where the order is placed and delivered.
